Trickster Online

Posted by: lolfang In: Games

trickster-onlineI played Trickster Online for a while, I’m on a “got to find an interesting MMORPG to play” mood.

The test lasted a day, because I got kinda bored of it. You know, you have high expectations when you start playing a game. Except when it comes to MMORPGs, which mostly suck. It’s a mini mini hobby inside your hobby.

The Good

The GUI is one of the best I’ve seen on a MMORPG. Easy to understand and use, though a little too “little” (as in friggin’ small). The quests for leveling up on the first levels are somewhat good, also. In general, it seemed like a fun game to play. Also, the variety of starting characters are real nice (with very good artwork, too), it’s original that using a girl or a guy actually matters.

The Bad

The combat system sucked. You have to click on the enemy to use a skill, and that’s extremely unproductive. The “camp” feature is useless. It’s laggy (Ok, I’ve got like 200ms of ping, but lag is lag).

Overall

While it was a good experience, and it’s a first class product, it lacks the fun factor, since the combat is tedious. And the drilling feature also is quite boring.
