FailWare

Posted by: lolfang In: Software

This will be my first article on a (I hope) very long series of articles related to something that I decided to call it simply like “FailWare” – you might know that there is an organization that deals with this too but only on internet levels, go to www.stopbadware.org. I also though about calling it “SuckWare” or “UglyWare”, but I wanted to keep it simple.

Why? Because everyone can do positive reviews, and ultimately, they won’t change the opinion of the user. Say, how many positive reviews of Firefox had you saw? And how many negative? No, I won’t do a negative review of Firefox because now it’s good enough – the portable editions, at least.

What I want, is that software developers notice the flaws on their design. Maybe that will help them to fix some behaviours.

And I also wanted to ventilate my anger on something, and on this field, there’s plenty to D:

I think this is enough for now. Let’s see what I’ll begin with… Oh, yes, my old friend… clrMAME Pro.
